- Flight Log Data: Data you manually input or import (e.g., DA Form 2408-12, CAFRS).
- Authentication Data: Firebase Authentication information such as UID and login provider.
- Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
- Device & Usage Info: Anonymized usage data collected through Firebase Analytics (e.g., session counts, device type).
- Cookies & Local Storage: We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, user sessions, and app state.

- Provide and operate the core app features.
- Personalize the user experience (e.g., remembering preferences).

Your data is stored on Google Cloud through Firebase services. Security practices include:

- Secure authentication via Firebase Auth and Firebase App Check to verify app integrity.
- Regular auditing and minimal data access by authorized staff.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, and as required by law. You can request account deletion at any time, which will remove all associated data from our servers.
5. Your Rights
You have full control over your personal information:
- Access or update your profile in the app at any time.
- Delete your account and associated data by request. To delete your account and associated data, please send a request to support@dashtwelve.app. Upon verification, we will process the deletion, which may take up to 30 days.
- Opt out of analytics by disabling tracking in your browser or contacting us.
