By accessing or using this Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation

This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army, or any other government agency. It is a privately developed tool designed to support professional flight data tracking.

3. Your Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during signup.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Be fully responsible for any activity under your account.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to deletion, with prior notice when possible. We will send an email notification to users whose accounts have been inactive for more than 6 months, and we will provide an additional reminder 30 days before account deletion. Upon account deletion, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass app security (e.g., Firebase App Check).
• Upload false, misleading, or fabricated flight data.
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or military policies.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or harass other users.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your flight logs and profile data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to securely store, process, and display your data for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You may request to delete your data at any time. Upon deletion, all associated flight logs and user data will be permanently removed from our system, except where required for legal compliance.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription, managed securely through Stripe:

• Subscription pricing is posted clearly at checkout.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings or billing portal.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion, typically for issues like duplicate charges or technical failures. Contact support via the website for assistance.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the agreed subscription interval (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel.

7. System Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service, but the platform may experience downtime for:

• Maintenance
• System upgrades
• Outages outside our control (e.g., Firebase downtime)

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also notify users in advance if planned maintenance will cause significant downtime. However, unforeseen outages or emergencies may occur, and we cannot guarantee that services will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from:

• Errors or miscalculations in logged data
• Inaccessibility or loss of data
• Military or professional consequences based on user-provided information

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DashTwelve and its operators from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:

• Use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Uploaded content or data

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraud or misuse
• Inactivity beyond 12 months

We may delete your data upon account termination, per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction applicable to our headquarters unless otherwise required by law.
